For all food products, customers are advised to read the label, ingredient list, allergen information, nutritional information, manufacturing date, expiry/best-before date, and storage instructions before consumption.
4. Food Safety and Consumption Disclaimer
Hunter Bee products are food products and should be consumed as per the instructions mentioned on the product label.
Customers are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for their dietary preferences, allergies, medical conditions, or lifestyle requirements. If you are allergic to honey, pollen, nuts, seeds, fruits, citrus ingredients, preservatives, or any other listed ingredient, please do not consume the product.
Honey is generally not recommended for infants below 12 months of age. Please consult a qualified doctor, nutritionist, or healthcare professional before consuming any product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, immunocompromised, on medication, or managing any health condition.
Our content, recipes, blogs, videos, product usage suggestions, and social media posts are for general information and lifestyle inspiration only. They are not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
5. Recipes and Usage Suggestions
Recipes shared by Hunter Bee are intended to help customers use our products creatively in everyday meals, snacks, beverages, and desserts.
The final taste, texture, colour, preparation time, and outcome may vary depending on ingredient quality, cooking method, kitchen equipment, climate, and personal preferences.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient suitability, allergens, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs before preparing or consuming any recipe.
6. Pricing and Offers
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude taxes, shipping charges, convenience fees, or cash-on-delivery charges depending on the offer, order value, and checkout terms.

Any offer, coupon code, prepaid discount, free product offer, shipping-only offer, loyalty credit, store credit, or promotional benefit may be subject to separate terms, validity, exclusions, and usage conditions.
Offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned. Hunter Bee reserves the right to cancel, modify, pause, or withdraw any offer in case of misuse, technical errors, stock limitations, pricing errors, or business requirements.
7. Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication channel provided by you.
Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance in all cases. Hunter Bee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

If your prepaid order is cancelled by Hunter Bee after payment has been received, an eligible refund will be initiated as per our refund process.
8. Payments
Payments on our website may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Available payment options may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, prepaid payments, or cash on delivery, depending on serviceability and business policies.
Hunter Bee does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
In case of payment failure, double payment, or payment deduction without order confirmation, customers should contact us with payment proof. Refunds for verified failed or duplicate transactions will be handled as per the payment gateway and banking timelines.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeline mentioned at checkout or communicated after order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, address, pin code, and landmark where required.
Hunter Bee will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges arising due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, locked premises, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to customer-related reasons, re-shipping may be chargeable.
10. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery partner.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be treated as per our return and refund policy.
Hunter Bee reserves the right to cancel any order from its side due to product unavailability, operational issues, payment concerns, suspected misuse, or any other valid reason. In such cases, eligible prepaid amounts will be refunded.
11. Returns, Replacements and Exchanges
Since Hunter Bee products are food items, returns and replacements are accepted only in limited cases.
A return or replacement request may be considered only if:

To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Used, opened, tampered, partially consumed, improperly stored, or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless there is a verified quality issue approved by Hunter Bee.
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, change of mind, dislike of flavour, incorrect product selection by the customer, or minor natural variations in colour, texture, thickness, aroma, or crystallisation.
12. Refunds
Once a return, replacement, or refund request is approved by Hunter Bee, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case and mode of purchase.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. The actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect may depend on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, wallet provider, or card issuer.
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or promotional charges may not be refundable unless the issue is caused by Hunter Bee or its delivery partner.
13. Store Credit and Loyalty Benefits
Hunter Bee may offer store credits, loyalty rewards, coupons, wallet credits, cashback, or promotional benefits from time to time.
Such benefits may have specific validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions, usage limits, and redemption conditions.
Store credits, loyalty benefits, or promotional rewards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be cancelled in case of misuse, order cancellation, refund, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Product Storage and Handling
Customers must store products as per the instructions mentioned on the label. Food products should be kept away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, contamination, and unhygienic conditions.
Some natural products such as raw honey may crystallise over time. Crystallisation is a natural process and does not necessarily indicate spoilage or poor quality.
Hunter Bee will not be responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage, mishandling, exposure to heat, contamination after opening, or usage beyond the recommended period.
15. Quality Concerns
We take quality concerns seriously. If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with a product, please contact us with your order details, batch details, product photos, and a clear description of the issue.
Hunter Bee may request the product to be returned or inspected before approving any replacement, refund, or corrective action.
The final decision on quality-related claims will be made after internal review and verification.
16. User Accounts
Customers may be required to create an account or provide personal details to place orders, track deliveries, receive updates, or access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities carried out under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
17. User Content, Reviews and Feedback
When you share reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, feedback, comments, or recipe recreations with Hunter Bee through our website, social media, email, WhatsApp, or other channels, you grant Hunter Bee permission to use, repost, edit, publish, or display such content for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes, unless you clearly request otherwise.
You agree not to submit content that is false, abusive, defamatory, offensive, misleading, unlawful, or infringes the rights of any third party.
